Creative Lollipops aspires to provide a pleasant shopping experience. We are committed to providing each and every customer with prompt and courteous service.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL

All products ordered from Creative Lollipops are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced.
Please note: All lollipops are hand poured and prepared by individual candy makers. We do not make our lollipops using a manufactured process. Therefore some slight variations may occur in appearance from one batch to another, but not in the quality or content of ingredients used.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

If the bouquet container show online is not available, a similar container will be used.
We will make every attempt to match the color lollipops shown online, but we may substitute another color.

RETURN POLICY

If you or your gift recipient are unhappy with an item please contact our Customer Service department. Include your order number, name, phone number, e-mail address and description of the problem in the text of your message. Problems must be reported to us within one week of shipment receipt in order for the guarantee to be valid. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within one business day. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the gift cost (excluding shipping charges). All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery:
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company delay, you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Wrong Addresses:
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
